with communication mast with radio, radar, sat-nav and whip aerials, forward mast with lights and hooter, stayed anchor, deckrails, fairleads, bits, bollards, anchor winches, companionways, raised walkways over a complex mass of deck piping, water cannons, crane, aft superstructure with bridge and wing bridges, inflatable dinghy, MES rafts, swimming pool, stack with various pipes, high-speed emergency escape module on 40° quick-launch slide and other details. The hull, cut-away amidships to reveal inner detailing of tanks etc, plimsoll marks, bilge keels, four-blade brass propeller and rudder, is finished in maroon, red and grey and mounted on four turned brass columns to display board with specification plate and glazed cover and wooden plinth stand. Lot Essay

Halia and Hastula were built by Halla Engineering & Heavy Industries Ltd. at Inchon, South Korea, in 1993. Owned by Harry Shipping Ltd. and Harvey Shipping Ltd. respectively and managed by the Shell International Trading & Shipping Co., both are registered in Monrovia under Liberian colours. With a slightly different deadweight tonnage, each is registered at 28,277 tons gross (12,696 net) and measures 183.20 metres in length with a 32.22 metre beam. Designed with one deck, these vessels are classed as tankers and are powered by a pair of single-acting 6-cylinder 10,139bhp. oil engines manufactured by their builders; both vessels are currently in service.
