the tapering cylindrical cellars, each on three ball feet, decorated with a band of stylized flowers in white, blue, green and transluscent red on stippled ground within turquoise beading, the spoons with circular bowls decorated with stylized floral design on a deep blue ground within turquoise beaded border, with hooked handles, marked under bases and on handles, in original fitted wood case, stamped inside cover 'P. Ovchinnikov' with Imperial Warrant
