A FINE COLLECTION OF VIEWS OF NORTHERN ITALY, the majority by the German artists Federico and Carolina Lose. Carolina, whose maiden name was von Schlieben, was principally known for the engraved views of Italy produced in collaboration with her husband. Brunet V, 1167 and Graesse VI, p. 295, record an earlier 1815 edition of the third work with 50 views.
