A rare Steiff teddy bear
with brown-tipped white mohair, brown and black glass eyes, pronounced clipped muzzle, black stitched remains of nose and claws, swivel head, jointed elongated limbs and hump, probably a Teddy Clown --12½in. (32cm.) high, 1920s (brown tipping visible only in joints, patches of wear, holes in right hand pad, missing mouth and some nose stitching)
