A Steiff centre-seam teddy bear
with golden mohair, boot button eyes, pronounced clipped muzzle, black stitched nose, mouth and claws, swivel head, jointed elongated limbs, hump and button in ear --16½in. (42cm.) high, circa 1920 (worn inside right foot, forehead, left cheek and top of left arm, other wear, pads recovered and black stitching replaced)
