A set of 1903 Ford Model A gold cufflinks by Jules Schubot
These rare 18k gold cufflinks depict the 1903 Ford Model A with diamonds set into the Model A's headlamps. This cufflink design was originally created by Jules Schubot in 1953 at the direction of Henry Ford II as a Fiftieth Anniversary gift from Mr. Ford to the Directors of the Ford Motor Company and others close to him. To celebrate Ford Motor Company's upcoming 100th anniversary Brian Schubot, Jules Schubot's grandson, has been commissioned to create 100 sets from the original molds. The pair offered here are numbered 1 of the limited edition of 100. A card signed by Brian Schubot and Edsel Ford II, Henry Ford II's son, will describe the historical importance of the cufflinks. These cufflinks have never been available to the public and are an important memento of the 100 year history of the Ford Motor Company.
