One of the hottest new Napa producers, Robin Lail launched her micro-production red wine, J. Daniel Cuvée, with the release of the 1995 vintage. Named as a tribute to her father, John Daniel, an owner of Inglenook winery in the 1940's and 50's, Lail is determined to produce wines of premium quality. The 1995 vintage is a blend of 55 Merlot and 45 Cabernet Sauvignon; production was 450 cases.
