The rectangular bevelled plate in a rockwork and C-scroll frame, with reeded Gothic columns, surmounted by an arched cresting with further small plates, the sides and upper corners with outer plates in a C-scroll frame wreathed with leafy branches, the apron centred by a confronted C-scroll cartouche and mirror plate, losses to peripheral carving, later backboard, traces of earlier gilding
