A lapis-lazuli snuff bottle
18th and 19th Century
of rectangular shape, carved in relief with two coiled chilong, stopper -- 2¾in. (6.9cm.) high; an opal stone double snuff bottle, carved with a butterfly to one side and a large leaf to the reverse forming the second bottle, stoppers -- 2 3/8in. (6cm.) high; another opal stone bottle carved with immortals, a horn bottle, an amber bottle, a malachite bottle, a mottle jade bottle carved with gourd, a dark hardstone bottle and two porcelain bottles, all with stoppers -- 3 3/8in. (8.5cm.) max. high, (minor rubbing and wear).
