An opaque cream and red overlay jar
Qianlong four character mark and probably of the period
of high shouldered tapering form, carved through the red overlay with quatrefoil shaped panels of flower sprays separated by floral designs, between bands of lappets, incised four-character mark to base -- 4 3/8in. (11.1cm.) wide.
