Qianlong
with demi chrysanthemum head handles, painted and gilt with panels of ladies seated weaving at a loom, winding yarn and working at a spinning wheel, the reverses with panels of figures at leisure on riverbanks, the covers similarly decorated, with smaller panels of flowers and landscapes on a gilt scroll ground -- 9 1/8in. (23cms) diam, wood stands.
