The 10-Day power reserve wristwatch was produced by Patek Philippe in the year 2000 to mark its entry into the third millennium. 1500 watches were made in yellow gold.

28-20 calibre damascened rhodium finished movement with 29-jewels, adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and five positions, bearing the seal of Geneva, rectangular silvered dial with 10-day power reserve indication, subsidiary seconds, applied baton and Arabic numerals, rectangular case with flared sides, glazed back secured by four screws, maker's strap with gold buckle, 46mm x 34mm.
