signed on the edge of the circular stage Field & Son, London, with rack and pinion focusing and swivelling mirror, the stage with sprung slide holder, with six numbered objectives, a threaded lens and several unused glass sliders in the original fitted mahogany case with plush-lined lid (key escutcheon and plaque from lid missing) -- 11in. (28cm.) wide
