Collation: j8 \\m6 a-y8.6 z8 A-D6.8 E-F6 G8 H6 I8 K-M6 N8 (j1r title, verso blank, j2r tabula, \\m5r prologue, \\m5v contents, a1r text, N7v colophon, N8 blank). 263 (of 264, without final blank) leaves. 46 lines and headline, double column. Types: 1:160G, 3:91.G. Table, prologue and text opening with 4- to 5-line initials in blue, the latter two with red penwork decoration and extensions, 2- to 3-line initials, some with guide-letters, opening paragraph marks and capital strokes in red. (Title cut down and mounted, light browning, occasional small stains, a few repaired marginal tears.) 19th-century tree calf (rebacked preserving original backstrip and 18th-century labels, modern gilt tooling on spine, worn at edges).
