Painted with a saint wearing a mitre and green robes edged with a yellow band with scrolling foliage, holding a reliquary in his right hand and pointing to it with his left, before a columned building to the right, the distance with a town, mountains and a smoking volcano (two areas adjacent to rim at 1 and 8 o'clock where flaking or chipping to the glaze have been restuck, area at 8 o'clock with some glaze lacking, very slight chipping to rim and sanding to surface)
