1780, blue interlaced L's enclosing cc, painter's mark IN for Chauvaux and a quaver for Cornailles, incised 17a and 42
With curved spout and ear-shaped handle, the body with bleu celeste gilt-edged foliage-scroll borders suspending coloured swags and garlands of garden flowers between gilt-line and dentil rims, the cover with gilt fruit and foliage finial (minute chip to tip of spout)
