A Meissen Imari-pattern quatrefoil teabowl and saucer
Circa 1730, blue crossed swords marks
Painted in iron-red and gilt with two panels of pendant prunus branches divided by two copper-lustre panels gilt with zig-zag diaper ornament reserved with an iron-red and gilt mon, the centre of the saucer with meandering iron-red and gilt chrysanthemums (some minute wear to raised ribs of saucer)
