The drum-shaped case with a displayed eagle cresting, suspended between two square section pillars surmounted by tazze, with lanceolate leaf galleries, the rectangular base with recessed panels for foliate scroll mounts, on bun feet, the white enamel Arabic dial with dot minute track and signed Felix Sandoz London, blued steel hands, the twin wire fusee movement with strike on bell -- 15¾in. (40cm.) high
