ALICIA RHETT HANDWRITTEN LETTERS
1978
Two letters handwritten by Alicia Rhett, the actress whose one and only role in a Hollywood film was that of the jealous and bitter India Wilkes. Both penned in blue ballpoint ink on her personalized stationery to a Mr. Wenzell, the first note mentions how she just doesn't give interviews. I just don't have anything really to say! and the second is a short thank you note for a splendid article the same Mr. Wenzell had sent her. Both original transmittal envelopes are included which display Charleston, S.C. postmarks dated April 1978.
7x5 inches
These letters were consigned directly by Mr. Ron Wenzell. (2)
