the jug circa 1820, impressed small uppercase mark, potter's mark, pattern no. 492; the tray of slightly later date, possibly Samuel Alcock, with iron-red pattern no. 5379 and 3,
the jug printed in black and enriched in colors with three different specimen flowers, gilt line rim and handle, 6 3/8in. (16.2cm.) high; the tray with moulded foliate scroll rim and bail handle, shells at each end and as handle terminals, 6 5/8in. (16.8cm.) long (2)
