A silver plated and bronze tazza, last quarter 19th century
The relief cast dish depicting a classical scene within a vitruvian scroll border, the underside cast with personifications of Honor, Dignity and Immortality within scrolling cartouches, cherubim supported masks, floral baskets and a myriad of animals, within a guillouche border, the baluster stem and circular base also cast with further personifications amidst scrolling foliage and animal masks -- 11½in. (29.2cm.) high, 13¼in. (33.6cm.) diameter
