AN ANTIQUE GOLD AND ENAMEL BANGLE
The bangle with scroll motifs decorated at the front with green and white enamelled oak-leaves, circa 1840, with engraving Th.Maj. Konigin Elisabeth an C.v.H. 6.8.1845, 55mm diam.
According to the present owner this bracelet was a present by Queen Elisabeth of Pruissen (1801-1873), who was married to the King Frederick Wilhelm IV (1797-1861) to her lady in waiting the Countess Hacke.
