The hinges of cruciform shape with stylised fleur de lys terminals, the corner mounts conforming and with carrying handles to the sides, the hinged rectangular top with a hinged compartment to the reverse containing two concealed boxes to either side, enclosing an open compartment, the hinged fall front concealing two drawers divided by a sliding compartment and two further sliding boxes concealed in the rim above the drawers, each side containing a screw to fix the box to an underlying surface, some minor replacements to the mounts
