The circular white-enamelled Arabic dial signed Durand a Paria, containing the movement with silk-suspended pendulum and outside countwheel strike on bell, flanked by a female figure and two winged reading putto, above a musical trophee and a breakfront plinth, on floral toupie feet, restorations to the biscuit
