A pair of French majolica vases
Manufactured by Choisy Le Roi, After a model by Louis Robert Carrier-Belleuse, Circa 1890
Each surmounted by a spreading neck, flanked to each side by a scrolling floral handle and to the front and back by a shaped cartouche with hanging chains, the bulbous body flanked to each side by a scantily clad nymph, each holding onto a handle, the waisted stem above a spreading socle (2)
