No VAT will be charged on the hammer price, but VA… 顯示更多 GEBE AND THE MOLUCCAS (Lots 61-64, 69) The Uranie left Timor and sailed north through the Moluccas at the end of November 1818. They entertained several natives of Gebe, the island north of Pisang, on board the ship (for Arago's drawing see lot 61), including the leader, Abdalaga, who was described as literate as well as hospitable. He provided Freycinet with valuable information on the islands and their inhabitants.
