The horse has always been a favorite subject for Husain.

Ashwamedh - reaching up to Luv and Kush.
...Passionate horses, screaming with desire.
... Horses, with the beauty of a woman and the valor of a man.
...For long years they have been galloping like this.
...Suddenly a black horse noticed me.
