A SET OF SIX ITALIAN WALNUT ARMCHAIRS, LATE 16TH/17TH CENTURY
Minor variations in carving and detail, the backs with pierced interlaced foliate scroll top rails and angular finials with flattened arm supports applied with carved ornament, scroll terminals on square carved uprights and moulded solid seats with pierced scroll seat rails, one loose at present, rectangular supports joined by pierced scroll front stretchers and rectangular side back stretchers, minor additions and renewal (6) (6)
