A CONTINENTAL MAHOGANY INLAID AND BRASS MOUNTED ESCETOIRE, 19TH CENTURY
Possibly Northern European, Hanseatic or Russian, surmounted by a fluted brass circular platform (possibly associated) on stepped super structure, the fall enclosing a fitted interior with 9 drawers about a central enclosed compartment verneered in possibly Karelian birch with baize lined panel to the reverse of the fall containing three long drawers below on bracket feet
34¼in.(87cm.) wide, 58in.(147cm.) high, 17¾in.(45cm.) deep
