Having a white enamelled dial with roman numerals, in a rose cast bezel, the case surmounted by a figure of the winged Genius of Love playing a lyre to a love-struck maiden seated on an antique stool, the plinth mounted with a relief of Cupid and Psyche flanked by acanthus scrolls, swags, wreaths and turtle-doves; on milled, leaf-cast spherical feet
