The Rolling Stones & Marianne Faithfull
A collection of seven performance contracts, six for The Rolling Stones to perform at various British venues between November 1963 and March 1965, each signed by members of the Management rather than the Artists, including three Eric Easton Ltd. printed contracts for venues in and around London between November 20th, 1963 and January 3rd, 1964 comprising: Richmond Athletic Club, Richmond Surrey; Epsom Baths Hall, Epsom and Glenlyn Ballroom, Forest Hill, two of these accompanied by notes from managers of the venues, complimenting The Stones on their performances; a typescript agreement with Robert Stigwood Associates for the Rolling Stones to perform on five separate dates in April and May at Gaumont, Odeon and Regal Theatres in Ipswich, Norwich, Luton, Edmonton and Folkestone, signed by Robert Stigwood in blue ballpoint pen; a British Broadcasting Corporation Television.. printed contract for The Rolling Stones to perform on Top Of The Pops, April 29th, 1964; and a Moss' Empires Limited mimeographed typescript agreement for The Rolling Stones to perform at the Empire Theatre, Liverpool on March 6th, 1965; another Eric Easton Ltd. printed contract for Marianne Faithfull to perform at the Commodore Theatre, Hammersmith, January 10th, 1965; and a Western Union International Inc. Cablegram to Eric Easton from Mick Keith and Andy, August 13th, 1965, telling Easton to cancel an Isle of Man date as they ..Must Record Between 5th and 10th... (8)
