A single sleeve God Save The Queen, 1977, Virgin Records, signed on the front in black ballpoint pen by Johnny Rotten, Sid Vicious, Steve Jones and Paul Cook; accompanied by xeroxes of documents relating to Sid Vicious and Nancy Spungen comprising:
- a copy of a document from the Criminal Court of the City of New York, The People Of The State Of New York vs. John Ritchie citing assault and possession of a dangerous weapon, dated 12 8 78, accompanied by a black and white reproduction of a police I.D. photograph of Sid Vicious dated 12 8 78, with a New York City Police Department number -- 2½x3½in. (6.3x8.8cm.);
- a copy of the indictment against Sid Vicious for Murder In The Second Degree...on or about October 12, 1978 of Nancy Spungen;
- a Voluntary Disclosure Sheet Supplement in the case of the People v. Ritchie aka Vicious detailing a summary of Sid Vicious' confused statements to the police in the case of the murder of Nancy Spungen, ...I stabbed her but I didn't mean to kill her. I loved her, but she treated me like shit...;
- a Voluntary Disclosure Form; and
- a death certificate for John Simon Ritchie, dated 7th March, 1979, giving the date of death as 2nd February, 1979, and the cause Acute Intravenous Narcotism (a lot)
