Mark of Black, Starr & Frost, New York, circa 1890
The shaped circular bases pierced with flowers and swags, the baluster stem engraved with scrolls and cartouches, rising to urn-form socket chased with tied laurel swags, supporting four spiral branches flanking a central light, each socket with removable bobeche, marked underside with maker's mark and stamped "Exclusive Design".
