One frequently encounters old men in Picasso's late prints, and these are readily identified with the artist. However, few representations are quite as lifelike as the figure on the left.

etching, 1968, on BFK Rives, signed in pencil, numbered 22/50 (there were also seventeen artist's proofs), published by Galerie Louise Leiris, Paris, 1969, with full margins, some pale mount-staining, two diagonal creases at the upper left sheet corner, otherwise generally in very good condition
