Possibly Khorassan Kurdish, circa 1880
Of Turkman design, the rust-red field scattered with angular floral motifs together with two human figures around a column of stylised Salor guls, in an inner hooked rectangular panel and outer serrated hooked vine border between linked S-motif stripes, a short kilim strip at one end, areas of slight wear, very slight repair
