A Berlin rococo plate
Circa 1765, underglaze blue sceptre mark, Pressnummer 3
Painted with a central bouquet and scattered flower-sprays, the border moulded with panels of vertical staves entwined with meandering flowering plants within moulded rococo scrollwork extending spirally towards the centre, the moulded waved rim with purple feuilles-de-choux ornament (some wear to enamels of central bouquet)
