Tasted 06/2002 Dark opaque purple. Classic young Lafite bouquet, smoky, soft, hints of plums. Dry and rich on the palate; needs alot of time to open up; smooth warm extracted currants. Really great length. Needs twenty years in the cellar to reach it's prime. DW
