From four different cellars. All fully mature, palish but with a nice glow; the least good delicate but slightly decayed, a bit varnishy, with the smell of rice pudding skin and taste of old tea leaves. The best fragrant, gingery and flavoury. All very dry. Varying degrees of acidity. Summing up: "sear and yellow." GVWB
