Circa 1780, regilt
Each with an upholstered back within a gadrooned and rope-twist frame between flame capped stop-fluted stiles with padded arms raised on upswept spirally fluted, acanthus-wrapped arms tied with rope-twist detailing flanking bowed upholstered seats, covered throughout in yellow silk upholstery, raised on fluted block and paterae-capped turned and stop-fluted tapering legs, each stamped in black ink 21140 (4)
