The outset reeded corners and use of flamed mahogany veneers relates to the work of Gillows and can be appreciated in the bedroom-furniture supplied in 1813 to William Powlett, 2nd Baron Bolton for Hackwood Park, Surrey, sold Christie's house sale, 20-22 April 1998, notably lots 363 and 364.
