Of cylindrical shape, the rich blue ground enamelled in white and gilt with bands of stylised flowers and leaves, the circular spreading foot similarly decorated with lappets, gilt band rims, the interior finely decorated with a gilt lace pattern, the lower edge scalloped, gilt line rim
