A Staffordshire saltglazed stoneware polychrome plate Circa 1765 En suite to the preceding, painted with a flautist and a sheep beside an urn on a pedestal flanked by trees and shrubs, with a ruin in the distance, beneath an entwined gilt monogram on a dark-green-ground within a puce cartouche, the well with green diaper pattern and flowerhead panels, the shaped border moulded with coloured trailing flowering branches
