A Derby Harlequin candlestick figure
Circa 1758
Modelled as Harlequin in patterned brightly-coloured clothing and plumed hat, with arms outstretched, on a flower-encrusted base, with foliage-moulded nozzle, pierced drip-pan and the candlestick support applied with flowers and foliage (the drip-pan a restored replacement, Harlequin restored through head and upper body, his arms restored replacements, flowers restored)
