A Spode gold-ground flared spill vase
Circa 1825
The richly gilt ground reserved with loose bouquets of flowers and fruit including poppies, a peach, plum, apricot, tulip and a rose above a moulded band, the waisted foot reserved with two bands of white ovolo ornament above a further band of larger ovolo ornament (foot with slight wear to gilding)
4¾ in. (12 cm.) high
