Circa 1815, iron-red crown, crossed batons and D mark, gilder's mark 2 for James Clark
Painted by William 'Quaker' Pegg with a spray of Shrubby Viper Buglas, & Orange Arctotis, titled to the reverse in iron-red script, below a broad gilt band (three cracks to the well, a small crack to the rim, ome scratches and light rubbing to the gilding)
