A pair of creamware pierced plates
Circa 1815, each impressed 7
Painted with a loose spray of flowers below a yellow-ground basket-moulded section and pierced rim (some minor chips and scratches); a creamware oviform jardinière applied with female masks and swags of flowers on a sponged blue and buff ground between ribbed green glazed bands (restored); a creamware teapot and a replacement cover, probably decorated in the Rhodes workshop with sprigs of flowers and cherries (restored); and a creamware trio of a teabowl, coffee cup and saucer painted with flowers
The plates 8½ in.(21.6 cm.) diam. (5)
