Inscribed and dated LOYAL ORANGE LODGE./116/HORWICH/1818, between printed and painted vignettes of an equestrian statue of William III on a titled plinth and figures shaking hands and holding a crown initialled GIIIR below a banner inscribed LET BROTHERLY LOVE CONTINUE, below a band of flowerheads, between brown lines (a few minor cracks and some flaking to the enamels)
