Baluster, on plain circular rim, the belly chased and embossed with foliage, tassels and trelliswork, a midband of flutes with above a band of leaves, shaped double scroll wooden handle with chain attached, shaped spout, detachable domed cover with similar decoration and ball and foliate finial, marked on base
