A long shawl of fine ivory pashmina, woven with a pallu of eight upright floral boteh each with small indigo and red flowers on sea green fern-like leafy bases, with flowering vines between, the ivory field edged with a gallery of slanting boteh and with kunjiboteh, the hashiyas with a meander of pink and blue flowers, Kashmir, early 19th century (damages and repairs)--116in. x 48in.
