The collar in gold and enamel, comprising thirteen gold medallions of the Imperial double-headed eagle, the St. Andrew cross and the cypher of Peter the Great surrounded by trophies and surmounted by a crown, in rotation, each marked on reverse, the sash badge of gold and enamel, marked on top ring, together with the Bulgarian order of the Civilian Merit, in an original fitted case stamped 'A La Vieille Russie, New York'
